Question: How to Shut off Broadcast Message in Quantum

Answer:

If you run the Buprep.exe program to backup Quantum and then use the backup database, you may get a message something like this.

Quantum will be going down for maintenance at 3:00:00 AM

To shut off the broadcast message in Quantum, go to User, System Setup, Security, Security Settings.

On the right side about a quarter way down, click the long button that says Stop Message Broadcast.

The button will then change to Initiate Message Broadcast.
