Paypal, Aweber.com and Constant Contact, among others, require you to put a FORM on your website.
If you are using Asp.net or DotNetNuke, you cannot do this because Asp.net does not allow you to add these FORM to your page.
The solution is to use an IFRAME.
The problem is the buttons and links in the IFRAME, open in the tiny IFRAME.
To break out of the IFRAME, you need some code. See this article.
